கேரளாவின் மலப்புரத்தில் இருந்து வயநாடு பகுதிக்கு இருசக்கர வாகனத்தில் சென்ற 2 இளைஞர்கள் மீது பாறை சரிந்து விழுந்து ஒருவர் பலியானார். மலையில் இருந்து பெரிய பாறாங்கல் ஒன்று கீழே விழுந்ததில் 2 இளைஞர்கள் படுகாயம் அடைந்தனர்.

மருத்துவமனையில் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டிருந்த இளைஞர் அனீஸ் சிகிச்சை பலனின்றி உயிரிழந்தார். இந்த காட்சியை பின்னால் சென்ற வாகனத்தில் ஒருவர் வீடியோ எடுத்து பதிவிட, சமூக வலைதளங்களில் வெளியாகி அதிர்ச்சியை ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது.
